Your address can be changed up to the time of postage. To do this please send me a message with your order number and name and the new address. Depending on what part of the making process your order is at depends if we can change anything else. We do always try and help to accommodate so its always worth messaging to ask as it may be possible. However, if it is not your item will not be able for refund at that time

Yes I do! I'm always open to custom ideas and trying to create the perfect item for you. Please note there is an additional cost to the items and the turn around time can be a minimum of 2-3 weeks longer depending on the design

Depending what point of your order we are at we can not always accommodate a cancellation to your order as each item is handmade to order. If the item is broken or damaged upon arrival please contact us for either a replacement or refund depending on the circumstance. Please note custom orders or item that have a personalisation to them will not be available for a refund as they can not be sold on

I do! I try and keep the costs as low as possible but with some of the items due to being made from solid wood can weigh quite heavy meaning they can cost more to ship. Items like our pillows are cheaper if you buy without the insert so we recommend this if you are buying internationally. I also recommend contacting me first if you want to buy more than one item to get the best deal on postage

Of course! As long as your order hasn't been shipped you can contact me to add to your order. However this doesn't always mean there will be no postage charge as depending what you add and how much will affect the weight or size of your package, which can incur a higher postage charge
